We take you step-by-step to make purchasing easy for you. You can order through our website, phone, or email. We response the fastest with website and email order.

Shipping & Returns

It will take 1-2 business days to process your order. It depends on where you are, it could take up to 7 business days to ship to your destination. For customized orders, it should take up to 4-5 weeks.

You will receive a delivery confirmation once we ship your order. For returns, please email us before sending the items back.

Your satisfaction with Hi Teak Furniture is important to us. With proper use and care we are confident that it will provide many years of trouble free enjoyment. We stand behind all our products and expect it to look great and last for many years.

We guarantee to the original purchaser that this furniture is free of defects in materials and workmanship. If you find a defect, Hi Teak will replace or repair the defective part. The customer is responsible for providing images and documentation showing the defect and any labor to replace the defective part.

We recommend that when the furniture is unpacked, it be carefully inspected before assembly.

Teak is warranted for 3 years from date of purchase in a residential setting and 2 years when used in a contract or commercial setting.
Sling and metal parts are warranted for 1 year against structural failure and tearing.

Structural failure or damages caused by improper assembly or improper use, roughness, abuse and neglect are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse abuse or weather related natural disasters. This warranty does not cover and is void if the damage is the result of freight or shipping or if the customer fails to provide reasonable care and maintenance. (See Hi Teak care instructions.) Repairs or modifications to the product after purchase void this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear due to weathering including minor color changes and checking. Checking is minor small cracks caused when the wood is exposed to elements of weather and is considered normal.
Hi Teak is never liable for personal injury related to improper use or neglect of this furniture.


HiTeak warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:

  • Incorrect assembly
  • Modifications of any furniture after purchase
  • Damages caused by intentional, accidental, misused, carelessness
  • Normal wear and tear, including weathering and checking
  • Damage that was a direct affect of weather related conditions
  • Floor samples or Clearance items
Concealed Damage

HiTeak highly recommends that customers unpack all packages within Two days of delivery of your order. Contact us immediately of any damage to the product. In the case of a return please save all cartons and packing materials so that they can be used for shipping. Send photos of the damage product and packages for claims if applicable.


Teak wood requires proper maintenance and cleaning on occasion, depending on the environment the furniture is exposed. It is highly recommended to clean the furniture at least two times a year to remove the build-up dirt from the environment. HiTeak may discontinue materials, parts or color on outdated items.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of every piece of furniture sold at HiTeak Furniture. We make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases. In the unlikely event, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the furniture within 30 days of delivery in following conditions:

  • All returns MUST be in like new condition and in its original packaging in HiTeak’s opinion.
  • If the packaging is not in original conditions, 10% restocking fee will be applied.
  • We accept exchanges on merchandise deemed to have a manufacturer defect. All items being exchanged must be sent in original condition unused in our opinion. All returns must be authorized with an RA # (Return Authorization Number) that must be obtained prior to sending back your item. A copy of your purchase receipt must be included. You are fully responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original packaging and we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
  • For non-defective returns, buyers are responsible for all the freight of their returns
  • All custom orders are made upon order and are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable unless error or defect is in manufacturing. This includes ALL SALES OF NON-STOCK CUSHIONS, INCLUDING C.O.M. (Customer’s Own Material). A non-refundable, 50% deposit, is required on all custom orders.
  • All orders for non-stock items are subject to a non-refundable 50% deposit. For commercial or Volume Orders, due to the inherent nature of the sale, we highly recommend you make an evaluation purchase with one unit of the product to verify its quality and fit for the purpose of your use, before making the actual volume purchase of multiple units.
  • Discounted items are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged or repaired.

There are no Exceptions! Items damaged in transit MUST be reported upon receipt of delivery. Your assistance will be required during the claims process. Items damaged by you are non-returnable. We do not replace items damaged by the consumer. However, we will be available to help and repair your product purchased if repairable.
