Each piece of teak furniture passes through the hands of more than eighty artisans over six to eight weeks. Whether it's a teak outdoor dining table or an outdoor wooden bench, the teak wood is kiln-dried to a precise 8–12% moisture content, then aged for an additional season before shaping begins.
Our joiners cut mortise-and-tenon connections by hand — a deliberate choice that yields joints stronger than any machine-cut alternative. This is what sets our wood outdoor furniture apart. Final sanding progresses through seven grits, ending at 320.
