Return Window

Eligible returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
• Excludes custom, made-to-order, and final sale items.
• All warehouse clearance items—including floor samples, open-box, discontinued, or cosmetically blemished pieces—are sold AS IS with no warranties, express or implied.
• All sales are FINAL SALE with no returns, exchanges, or refunds; purchase confirms full acceptance of condition and risk.

Fees & Refunds

• 10% restocking fee applies.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.

How to Start

• Email info@hiteakfurniture.com with your order number and reason.
• We’ll provide an RMA and return instructions.
• Items must be shipped back within 14 days of RMA issuance.
